Notes: SporTech Hardball League and Site Performance
Ok this is the last notice regarding this site’s performance and the fantasy league. The past few days the site has been acting really funny. After spending all night and day today, I decided the main culprit was the user gravatars for comments. I thought I solved the problem by fixing caching, but I was wrong. I completely removed them now to increase performance. The site should be running better then ever. Let me know what you think. Also let me know what you think of the styling for the comments now. I want to know if it’s easy on the eyes.

Also, one more note regarding the SporTech Matter Hardball League. I sent out the welcome emails on Saturday. Please check your email address you supplied when you signed up (left your comment) so you can join the league page and create your team. So far we have 3 people with teams created. I need everyone to leave a comment in the league page with their team name once they are done setting up so I can create a list of GM’s with usernames on SporTech.

Hrmm that’s odd. I did send it to that address. You sure it’s not sitting in your spam folder? If not let me know and I will resend it.

I didn’t realize that I had it set to automatically delete spam. I just changed the setting, so if you resend it we should be good. Sorry for the mix-up.
