The Heat Are 0-3
Bobcats 90 – Heat 88

And they do not look good at all. The Heat attempted a comeback after being down by 16 in the fourth quarter yesterday from the AAA but fell just short as Ricky Davis threw a pass into the crowd with less than 5 seconds left in the game. If there is anything to take away from yesterday’s game it’s the fact that Dorrell Wright looked good down the stretch and that Shaq was actually able to show up for yesterday’s game. He did however exit early with 2 quick fouls. When is Shaq going to realize he needs to tweak his game a bit? It’s quite obvious that this is not a game for the big man anymore and he needs to adjust to the rules, not vice versa. Shaq continues to give post game lip service for anyone who is interested…
“We’re close,” O’Neal said. “We’re still making a lot of silly mistakes, but once we overcome that and learn to play better with each other, we’ll be all right. … But we’re close. I wish we wouldn’t experiment in these games, but right now, we’re shooting ourselves in the foot. So we just have to do a little bit better.”
The Heat just can’t get into a groove yet this season and are working all the kinks out early. Wait a second, I thought working out the kinks was something for the preseason? Hmmmm.
So far this season we look slow, old, and less skilled than any team that will come our way until D-Wade makes his way back on the court. It’s quite possible that until then, we could drop to 0-5 or even 0-9 or 1-8.
Stay patient Heat fans, D-Wade is on his way back. Until then, enjoy this clip of Wade owning Tony Parker last year.

“Get that shit outta here, mon ami!”
Damn we suck right now. Bulls suck too, which is nice. But we suck. But I’m liking Ricky Davis this year. Hope he and D-Wade can get it rolling soon.

It’s painful to watch Heat basketball right now but we have to be patient. You can tell these guys are not familiar playing with one another. There is no reason why a pass should be thrown away at the end of the game. I’m pretty dissapointed that we are using the regular season to work out the kinks.
Next up: San Antonio and Phoenix. Here comes 0-5.
