Pudge Says He Could Sign Soon – CBSSports.com
With who? Nobody knows except him. Reports were surfacing yesterday that the Marlins were warming up to the idea of signing Pudge. From what I have seen from Pudge in the WBC he looks like a man on a mission trying to prove he can still play ball. With this being the first full season in the bigs for John Baker and with Gaby Sanchez struggling at first base so far in spring training, this would be an idea move at the right price. The biggest hurdle for Pudge is the amount of playing time he would receive. Here is a quote from Pudge…
“To be honest, I’m in tremendous shape and I still believe I can play on an everyday basis,” the 37-year-old catcher said. “I’m telling you, I’m ready to play everyday.”
Where will that be?
“You’ll see soon,” Rodriguez predicted.
Stay posted to the Twitter feed over the weekend for updates on a possible Pudge signing.

Thanks for a link in a post that has nothing to do with Pudge. Shame on D-Wade.
