Couple of site notes for a smokey day in South Florida…

  • I added a new link to the Actions section of the posts on the homepage of SporTech. You will see a link to Hype It Up! below each post which allows you to essentially “Digg” my articles on the wonderful sports site called Ball Hype. If you run a sports blog I would check out this site. Ball Hype pulls sports content from around the internet into one site making it easy for sports fans to get all the news they need.
  • If you haven’t checked it out by now, stop by the SporTech video page where you can find all of SporTech’s collection of YouTube videos. Tons of good stuff from all our South Florida teams. Hop over to this link and check it out! Feel free to comment on the page regarding any video.
  • On the sidebar scoreboard you will now notice a new tab called “My Scores”. If you have an account over on Sportsline this will benefit you. Stay logged in on Sportsline and customize your favorite teams. When you come back and visit SporTech your teams scores will be featured under the “My” tab making it easy to get score updates for your favorite teams! Customize your Sportsline account now!

I had mentioned a couple weeks ago I was invited to join the fine folks over at My Baseball Bias, Sox and Dawgs and The Oriole Post for a MLB Roundtable on the weekly show The Hits Keep Coming. I joined them for the first show on April 25. For some reason the archive of that show is not available so you will not be able to check out my fine analysis of the NL East. I did however put the shows player and EP info in the sidebar. Listen the most recent show right after it ends every night at 9:00 PM EST.

Make sure you tune in every Wednesday for The Hits Keep Coming. You can listen live here or on the player in the sidebar. Subscribe to the shows feed and have the archive of the show delivered to you each week so you stay up to date!
